Terms and Conditions
- Gardenia Limousine requires a credit card to guarantee all reservations. If cash is elected, there will be a 35% deposit required on credit card.
- Gardenia Limousine’s cancellation policy states that a cancellation of airport trips requires at least 12 hours notice. A notice of 2-12 Hours will charge of 50%. Less than 2 hours and no shows will be charged 100%.
- Gardenia Limousine’s cancellation policy states that a cancellation of stretch limousines, Party Buses, and Shuttle buses should be 21 days for a full refund, and less than 10 days should be paid in full.
- Cancelation less than 21 days and more than 10 days loss of the deposit.
- Passengers should call (732) 688-7670 or (732) 416-8223 for cancelation or if he / she has a problem with the location of the driver. If the passenger/s to leave the pickup location without notifying Gardenia Limousine in the number, complete No Show charge will apply.
- Gardenia Limousine reserves the right to establish a minimum charge of $ 150.00 for the necessary cleaning and / or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear.
- Gardenia Limousine is not liable for personal property left in vehicles.
- Gardenia Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and update or change any contract before sending it to their customers.
- Additional stops or demanding waiting – extra charges will apply.
- Additional charges will be $ 15 /stop in the same city, $ 25/stop for the neighboring cities, with a 15 minute courtesy waiting time, thereafter the applicable charge waiting time applies.
- Additional services and airport charges.
- Meet and Greet services baggage domestic arrivals: $ 15
- Waiting time rate at the airport (first 30 minutes free for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals). Hourly wait rate is 50.00.
